Security Benefit - They don't care about their clients
My mother had an Annuity with Security Benefit for years. She passed away 6 months ago and they still have yet to pay the death benefit.
All the required forms and documents were submitted MONTHS ago. They just haven't gotten around to it yet. In addition when you call and try and talk to a representative you are put thru a voice mail system, and put on hold. As I am writing this I have been on hold for over 90 min.
and yet to talk to a single person. My mother and I talked about what she had left for my brother and I and I have no doubt she would be very sorry she had invested her hard earned money with this firm.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Security Benefit Cons: Dont seem to care about their clients.
